Hey my fam,
Today, I'm here to offer a little upgrade to your mindset. Imagine this: with $100,000 you could live a good life in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia or Paraguay for 4-5 years. It might even be enough to capture the next bottom of the market and turn that into $1,000,000 over the next several years. You don't need millions right now to achieve freedom. Freedom is the goal, right? Let's talk a bit more about this topic.
It's Time to Redefine Retirement
Everyone thinks about retirement differently. For me, retirement means doing what you love, with no time limitations. The ability to decide what I do and when sounds free in itself. Ever watched your grandparents? They work all days in their gardens, cook, clean their homes, and beautify their living spaces. This is proof enough that retirement doesn’t mean you stop working.
It's about freedom, the freedom to do what you love. Compared to previous generations, our opportunities to be free have greatly increased. We live in a golden age full of opportunities, which unfortunately also breeds a lot of greed. Being overly greedy can bury your dreams or push them further away, showing that you’re not quite ready for them yet.
I’m not saying $100,000 is enough if you live in the US; it might not even be enough for a year. But if your goal is freedom, you are looking for ways to achieve it. People can achieve remarkably high-quality freedom with less, and grow gradually. However, the opposite is true, and I sense many dream of getting rich quick from a single trade on a meme coin, prolonging their journey to real wealth.
My Journey to Freedom
Freedom has always been my dream, and with a smart approach, a daily self-improvement (plus a bit of luck) I achieved it at the age of 25. I live simply, know how to manage money, and am constantly learning how to take profits and be a better investor. But beyond finance, I am always working to improve all aspects of my life that are necessary to sustain my long-term goals. Most importantly, I’ve always set clear financial goals from the short to long term. Protection of capital is crucial. Even back in my early days in the market, my mind always closed the position on entry, even when it came back from x3 profit again. As long as you have money, you can do more with it if the opportunity comes, but if you lose it, things get more complicated. I have to point out that the opportunities have always been there and will always be there.
Living Free
You can live without a 9 to 5 job. You can have multiple residencies, save on taxes, find job you love, whether it be your business, working on the web3 or something else, in this day and age it is possible to find a job with no time limits in an industry you enjoy and what you do normally even in your free time. Be aware of your qualities and improve yourself every day. Set your target for this bull run to secure $100,000 as you ride the market up. Dollar-cost averaging out is a great strategy to help you achieve that. Once you reach that threshold and with what's left in the market, you can start playing more aggressively. However, don't leave money on the table just because you've achieved your previous goal. Set your goals higher.
You don't need to wait with your $100,000 just sitting in your wallet. The market will offer plenty of opportunities to let this money work for you, yielding a nice return for the rest of the bull market, perhaps an APR that will cover your monthly costs. Even in a bear market, it is possible to achieve an APR of 5-20%
Freedom isn’t just about having financial wealth, it’s about having choices and the ability to follow your passions without financial worry. Let's redefine what it means to be wealthy and focus on what truly matters: freedom, flexibility, and the pursuit of happiness.

Well put, Keno. We often focus too much on accumulating capital, and too little on what to do with it. Money is just a means, not an end 🙏🏼
